Registration needs to be accompanied by the confirmation form, stamped and signed by the head of department.
Holders of a 2025 All-Access Pass can purchase the discounted onsite congress fee in case they wish to attend the in-person congress.
Registration needs to be accompanied by the student confirmation form, a scan or photo of your passport and a one page CV in English.
Fee includes:
- Congress badge for onsite access
- Congress bag and materials onsite
- Online access until July 11, 2025
Please note the respective registration fees shall only be valid if registration is submitted and full payment is received by CIRSE by the respective deadline. If payment of the registration fee is received later than the indicated deadline, the respective next higher fee shall be due.

Bring your MDT colleague for free
The Collaborating Against Cancer Initiative allows interventional radiologists/radiologists with a complete registration to take their non-radiologist colleague to ECIO 2025 free of charge with a travel allowance of up to €1,000.
If you plan on bringing your tumour board colleague to ECIO 2025 through the Collaborating Against Cancer Initiative, simply register yourself via the above registration link. During the registration process you will be asked for the contact information of your colleague.

After a successful initiation, CIRSE is once again offering an Interventional Oncology Foundation course in 2025!
If you plan on attending, a valid ECIO 2025 registration is required. Simply register yourself via the above registration link and during the registration process you will be asked if you would like to sign up for the IO Foundation Course.

All congress presentations and content are available via the CIRSE Library. Access to the CIRSE Library is available for CIRSE Members or for purchase via the All-Access Pass 2025.

Registration fees are to be paid in Euros (€) by:

Cancellation of congress registration
CIRSE Society will not refund any registration fees in case of cancellation of the registration or change of registration category by the participant.
Name changes
Name changes will be handled as cancellation and new registration.
